Samuel W. Boardman, 22, of 66 Mountain Road, York, was charged with sale/use of drug paraphernalia on Chases Pond Road. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court on July 6.
Francesca M. DeSario, 18, of 77 Raynes Neck Road, York, was charged with illegal possession of a useable amount of marijuana on Chases Pond Road. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court on July 6.
2:50 a.m.
Jessica L. Emery, 29, of 178 Water St., Kittery, was charged with criminal operating under the influence and sale/use of drug paraphernalia on Route 1 at Ferry Lane. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court on Aug. 10.
2:29 p.m.
A Nubble Road resident reported the theft of a boy's bicycle and a girl's pink bicycle with training wheels. The bicycles were valued at $140.
9:46 p.m.
Paul F. Barbieri, 53, of 5 Barbieri Road, Framingham, Mass., was charged with criminal operating under the influence on the Spur Road. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court on Aug. 10.
Monday, May 8
10:05 a.m.
John W. Maker, 64, of 91 Seabury Road, York, was charged with a violation of the town's littering ordinance on Raydon Road. He allegedly dumped trash near the storage units on Raydon Road.
4:03 p.m.
A 2005 Ford sedan owned by the Maine Driving Academy of 380 Emery's Bridge Road, South Berwick, operated by a student driver from York, and a 2005 Chevrolet sports utility vehicle operated by Mark Foster, 54, of 237 Whipple Road, Kittery, were in collision on Stage Neck Road. Damage was estimated at $2,500 to the Ford. There was no damage to the Chevrolet.
Tuesday, May 9
1:53 p.m.
Robert D. Raven, 24, of 70 South Main St., Seabrook, N.H., was charged with theft by unauthorized taking, receiving stolen property, and sale/use of drug paraphernalia behind a Route 1 business. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court on July 6.
Russell Packer, 50, of 25A High St., Salisbury, Mass., was charged with theft by unauthorized taking and receiving stolen property at the same location and is also scheduled to appear in York District Court July 6.
Police recovered two rolls of copper wire, a chrome pipe and copper piping at the scene. The recovered articles were valued at $175.
Wednesday, May 10
8:15 a.m.
A 2002 Dodge sedan operated by David D. Carpenter, 41, of 64 Ogunquit Road, York, and a 2006 Chevrolet sedan owned by the D.L. Peterson Trust of 5 Iris Ave., York Beach, operated by Thomas J. Killeen, 51, with a mailing address of Box 866, York Beach, were in collision on the Spur Road at the ramp to Interstate 95. Damage was estimated at $500 to the Dodge, $1,500 to the Chevrolet.
1 p.m.
A 1991 Plymouth sedan operated by Flavia E. Johnson, 74, of 221 Beech Ridge Road, York, and a 2003 Chrysler station wagon operated by Barbara H. Perkins, 80, of 24 Riverwood Drive, York, were in collision at the intersection of Southside and Seabury roads. Damage was estimated at $800 to each vehicle.

David A. Harmon, 23, of 38 Old Dennett Road, Kittery, was charged with illegal attachment of plates at Short Sands Park. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court on Aug. 10.
Friday, May 12
9:35 a.m.
Matthew Riviello, 36, of 1646 Brand Road, Wells, was charged with possession of stolen license plates in the parking lot at of a Shore Road business. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court on July 6.
12:06 p.m.
The theft of a cash box and less than $100 in cash from the snack shack at Smith Field were reported. The theft took place sometime between Thursday at 9 p.m. and Friday morning.
9:30 p.m.
A 1996 Range Rover sport utility vehicle operated by Melissa M. Chase of 307 Route 103, York, was involved in a single-vehicle a collision on Carrie Lynn Lane when it spun around and rolled over. Damage was estimated at $10,000. Chase told police she was reaching for her cell phone when she lost control of the vehicle.

Benjamin B. Ellis Jr., 18, of 14 County Road, York, was charged with operating while a license is suspended or revoked and trafficking in dangerous knives on Route 1. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court on Sept. 7.
1:53 a.m.
Joseph B. Costello, 27, of 235 Mountain Road, York, was charged with criminal operating under the influence on Route 1. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court on Sept. 7.
9:15 a.m.
A resident of Old Salt Lane reported a break-in to a summer residence. Taken were seven bottles of red wine valued at $210, two coolers valued at $250 and a liter of Glenlivet valued at $35.
