Tango

Tango
Greetings! My name is Tango. I am a one-year-old neutered male mixed breed dog. My previous family surrendered me to the shelter because they had a new baby in the family. I was adopted, but returned to the shelter because I was not getting along with the younger children. I'm a handsome boy that may chase cats at first, but should settle down with them. I also should do well with most dogs after the proper introduction. I'm a very active and excitable boy that would prefer to live in an adult only home, or with older teenagers. I do appear to be housetrained and have not shown any possessiveness of food or toys. Basic obedience classes would provide a great energy outlet and would also help to form the dog/family bond. I do already know the commands "sit" and "shake." The shelter staff says I'm a very nice, active dog that should do well in most average homes. Please stop by and get visit me soon!
Smoothie

Smoothie
Hi there, I'm Smoothie. I'm quite the interesting kitty. Would you like to hear my story? Well, I am a one-year-old cat with short orange tiger colored hair. I'm very friendly and personable, plus I get along with other cats. The shelter took me in because I was abandoned and picked up as a stray. I was then adopted, but returned due to litterbox issues. However, I have a special characteristic that explains my behavior. I am a hermaphrodite, which means I have both male and female reproductive organs. I have been spayed/neutered and cannot reproduce, and will not have any issues related to this. Due to the special structure of my body I have had some litterbox issues in the past, but I know that it was just because I was stressed out with new food and a medication on top of that. My new family will need to go very slowly with my introduction to your home. The shelter staff can tell you the best way to go about adjusting me to your schedule. Once settled, I'm a wonderfully playful and sweet little kitty. Won't you please get to know me?
Squirt and Dori

Squirt

Dori
Hi, I'm Squirt, and I'm a 16-month-old female dwarf-mix rabbit with more black than white hair. My sister Dori is the same, but has more white hair than black. We were surrendered to the shelter because our previous family had allergies. Many people are allergic to rabbits, so please make sure you aren't before getting a rabbit as a pet. We are friendly and sweet girls that also get along well with kids. We enjoy each other's company and would like to find a home where we can stay together. Please visit us. We can't wait to get to know you!
