YORK - The York High School Music Department is pleased to announce its Choral Spring Concerts to be held at St. Christopher's Church in York Village on Thursday, June 8, and Friday, June 9.

The concerts both nights will begin at 7:30 p.m. and will once again feature performances by the 80-member Treble Choir, 90-member Chorus and the YHS Chamber Singers under the direction of Rob Westerberg and accompanied by Deborah Clough.

The Treble Choir and Chorus will perform a varied range of styles and repertoire while the Chamber Singers, fresh off their performance at Carnegie Hall, will sing Gabriel Faure's Requiem.

These annual concerts have become a widely anticipated event for the Seacoast region and promise to be memorable evenings of fine music.

Admission is free and doors will open promptly at 6:45 p.m.
