Chevy

Chevy
I am a 2003 model year, black Labrador mix body type, neutered male model named Chevy and I am looking for a new place to park myself. I was traded in to the shelter (surrendered) because I was not getting along with the small child in the house. Cats are an option for me but I will chase them at first. I cruise around the shelter in playgroups with other dogs and get along with most of them after a proper introduction. If you have a dog at home please bring him to the shelter so that the staff can do an introduction. I have shown signs of possessiveness of food around other dogs, but not with people. The staff can talk to you about this if you do have a dog in your home already, or have general questions regarding food possessiveness. Children under 12 years of age are not an option for this "high octane" machine and I will not be placed in a home with them. I appear to be housetrained. Keep me running on all eight cylinders by continuing my obedience training, which I have started on Thursday nights with the volunteers at the shelter dog obedience class. I can already sit (park) , stay (L1) and down (neutral). I am very fuel (treat) motivated and very smart, according to the volunteers who have been working with me. I even went to the May Day Parade in Kennebunk! I get many miles to the gallon and want a family who will get the most mileage out of me. I love to play and need regular exercise. I would like to be able to be with my family most of the time, a stay-at-home parent or a self-employed person who could take me to work would be ideal. If you already have a dog at home and we hit it off at the shelter that would be a great alternative to having someone home most of the time. Come on to the dealership (shelter) and drive me home today!
Bash

Bash
Greetings! My name is Bash. I am a two-year-old male cat with medium length brown tiger colored hair. I'm definitely a very striking boy, don't you think? The shelter took me in because I was found as a stray in the town of Biddeford. I get along well with other kitties and would love to join your family. The shelter staff says I'm a shy but friendly boy that does warm up to you quickly. I also purr a lot and enjoy attention and being petted. Sound like a good match for you? Then stop by soon!
Ryan

Ryan
Hi, I'm Ryan. I am a handsome, three-month-old neutered male rabbit. I was abandoned here at the shelter and am now in search of a loving family and cozy home. I have awesome brown and tan hair. The shelter staff says I'm friendly and lovable and would make a great companion for you. I would prefer to be kept indoors and would love to cuddle with you inside your home. Please stop by the shelter soon and we'll get to know one another!
