Last week on Tuesday, May 30, the Yarmouth Clippers (8-8) visited York (9-7) seeking revenge for an eight inning loss (12-11 on May 5) and hoping to clinch a playoff berth.

The York Lady Wildcats got bumped from the Western Maine Class B playoffs on Monday by Lincoln Academy, giving up five runs in the first inning en route to a 5-1 defeat.
