Sunday, May 281:16 a.m. Donald J. Landis of 48 Arcadia Road, Old Greenwich, Conn., was charged with illegal transportation of liquor by a minor on Woodbridge Road. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court on July 6.
9:50 a.m. A 2006 Honda sedan owned by Sheppard P. Martin of 732 Chick Crossing Road, Wells, operated by Dianna A. Correcha, 27, of 1411 Tatnic Road, Wells, and a 2004 Chevrolet sport utility vehicle operated by Danny L. Shepard, 60, of 3 Camden Ave., York, were in collision at the square in York Village. Damage was estimated at $3,000 to the Honda, $200 to the Chevrolet.
3:20 p.m. A 2002 Lincoln sedan operated by Bruce S. Johnston, 60, of Box 15, York Harbor, went over a wall and into a ditch at the York Public Library when the driver's foot slipped from the brake to the accelerator. Damage to the Lincoln was estimated at $4,000.
4:26 p.m. A Central Avenue resident reported the theft of binoculars valued at $40 from a residence.
5:30 p.m. A 2000 Nissan operated by Marie L. Drake, 45, of Box 935, York Beach, and a 2005 Mercury sedan operated by Robert S. Nordlund, 70, of 53 Hill Road, Apt. 407, Belmont, Mass., were in collision in the parking lot in front of Cumberland Farms on York Street. Damage was estimated at $500 to the Nissan, $1,000 to the Mercury.
6:10 p.m. A 17-year-old Somersworth, N.H., boy was charged with operating without being licensed on Route 91. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court on Sept. 7.
Jacqueline M. Patstone, 21, of 231 Chases Pond Road, York, was charged with possession of a useable amount of marijuana on Route 91. She is scheduled to appear in York District court on July 6.
8:05 p.m. A Webber Road resident reported the theft of black solar lawn lights valued at $84.
10:41 p.m. Police received a report of $200 in damage to the windshield of a 1996 Contour while it was parked at the York Beach Ball Field.
Monday, May 29
12:36 a.m. Dean Horn, 23, of 370A Ridge Road, York Beach, was charged with violation of conditions of release on Ocean Avenue. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court on Aug. 10.
12:57 a.m. Bryan C. Arbach, 28, of 200 Nubble Road, York, was charged with assault on Beach Street. He is scheduled to appear in York District court on Aug. 10.
5:30 a.m. A 2002 Chevrolet operated by a 17-year-old North Berwick boy left Route 91, ran over a lawn, hit a mailbox and a Central Maine Power Company utility pole and continued on in the ditch coming to rest near a second utility pole. Damage was estimated at $8,500. The juvenile was subsequently charged with criminal operating under the influence and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on Cider Hill Road. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court on Aug. 7.
1:22 p.m. A 2000 Hyundai sedan operated by Abigail M. Weeks, 20, of 181 King St., Boscawen, N.H., was in collision with a 1999 Infinity two-door parked by Terry M. Demarco, 43, of 95 Essex St., Beverly, Mass., in the parking lot at Short Sands Park on Ocean Avenue. Damage was estimated at $1,200 to each vehicle.

8:45 a.m. A 2001 Ford pickup truck operated by Mark Ergmann, 54, of 24 Boban St., York; a 1996 Volkswagen sedan operated by Heath R. Jackson, 34, of 12 Raydon Road, York, and a 1995 Toyota pickup truck operated by William Donnell, 50, of Box 1854, York Beach, were involved in a chain reaction collision on Route 1. Damage was estimated at $500 to the Ford pickup, $6,000 to the Volkswagen and $500 to the Toyota pickup.
6:09 p.m. Jacob Snow, 22, of 538 Main St., Springvale, was charged with criminal threatening and possession of a useable amount of marijuana on Route 1. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court on June 7.
9:19 p.m. A 1999 Kia sport utility vehicle operated by Casey Crowell, 18, of 31 Groundnut Hill Road, Cape Neddick, owned by Beth Crowell of Groundnut Hill Road, and a 2000 Ford station wagon owned by Sandra C. Bertoli of 134 Fairfield Road, Mount Gilead, N.C., operated by Larry M. Czechanski, 48, of 9141 Autoville Drive, College Park, Md., were in collision on Route 1. Damage was estimated at $4,500 to the Kia, $6,500 to the Ford.

7:56 a.m. A 17-year-old York juvenile boy was charged with driving to endanger on Southside Road. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court on Aug. 10.
11:26 a.m. A 17-year-old York boy was charged with two counts of receiving stolen property in connection with a break-in at the snack shack at the Smith Little League Field. Recovered were an audio system valued at $850, traffic cones valued at $30 and several kinds of candy and snacks. No court date was listed.
10:35 a.m. A 1996 Chevrolet truck operated by Donald R. Allaine, 47, of 389 Hardy Howes Road, Sanford, owned by L.C. Allen and Sons, Inc., of 388 Hardy Howes Road, Sanford, went off Ogunquit Road and rolled onto its side. Damage was estimated at $3,500.

12:20 p.m. A 2005 Hyundai sedan operated by Timothy M. Granfield, 22, of 9 Baldwin Way, Dover, N.H., and a 2004 Ford van owned by Enterprise Leasing Company of Chicago of 1050 Lombard Road, Lombard, Ill., operated by Chris Leo Petrino, 37, of 5R Phillip Road, Derry, N.H., were in collision on the Spur Road. Damage was estimated at $4,000 to the Hyundai, $30 to the Ford.
1 p.m. A 2002 Toyota sedan operated by Erick R. Norman, 70, of 5 Yorke Ridge Way, York, and a 1992 Chevrolet pickup truck operated by Robert C. Kelty, 57, of 8 Sunny Crest Road, York, were in collision in the parking lot at Town Hall. Damage was estimated at $2,500 to the Toyota, $1,000 to the Chevrolet.
Saturday, June 3
1:55 a.m. Jesse J. Bartlett, 23, of 37B Butler St., South Berwick, was charged with criminal operating under the influence and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (Depakote) on Route 91. Bartlett is scheduled to appear in York District Court on Sept. 7.
10:25 a.m. The Lazy Lobster on Railroad Avenue in York Beach reported a break-in and the theft of 30 silver bracelets valued at $120, a pair of sunglasses valued at $25, 90 cigarette lighters valued at $85 and miscellaneous fireworks.
