Philadelphia's blues and soul drenched vocalist and songwriter Deb Callahan will be performing at Inn on the Blues, Thursday, June 15, at 9 p.m. Deb is most often compared to singers such as Bonnie Raitt, Janis Joplin, Susan Tedeschi and Lydia Pense from the late 60s San Francisco group Cold Blood. She celebrated the release of her newest CD "The Blue Pearl" in November of 2005. According to Blues Source, "Deb Callahan is a great writer and an even better new voice for the blues.
