Sunday, June 412:20 p.m. York resident Don Bristow-Carrico reported receiving $8,000 in fraudulent credit card charges on four different cards from a Pennsylvania woman attempting to purchase 40 solar panels.
1:44 p.m. A 15-year-old York boy was charged on Raydon Road Extension with assault and faces a July 3 court date.
5:48 p.m. Jeffrey W. LaPointe, 34, New Town Road, York, was charged on Scituate Road with violation of condition of release. He faces an Aug. 10 court date.
Monday, June 5
3:45 p.m. A 1991 Nissan Sentra on Southside Road was spray-painted with a racial slur damaging the passenger's side door of the vehicle in the amount of $500.
Tuesday, June 6
5:08 p.m. Jeffrey LaPointe, 34, New Town Road, York, was charged on New Town Road with violation of condition of release, reckless conduct, driving to endanger and failure to stop for a law enforcement officer. He faces a Sept. 7 court date.
11:08 p.m. Robert J. Oskey, 24, of Everett, Mass., was charged on Route 1 with criminal operating under the influence and operating an unregistered vehicle. He faces a Sept. 7 court date.
Wednesday, June 7
Noon. Christina Garvin, 28, of Wells, driving a 2003 Ford SUV, was in collision at the intersection of Witchtrot Road and Route 91 with a 1998 Ford driven by Trevor J. Small, 28, of Eliot, and owned by Richard A. Small also of Eliot. Damage to the Garvin vehicle was estimated at $400 and to Small vehicle, $2000.
3:28 p.m. A counterfeit $10 bill was used in payment for items purchased at the Irving station on Route 1. No charges were filed and the case was turned over to York detectives.
Thursday, June 8
1:57 a.m. Aleksander Srbljak, 32, of York Street, was charged at the York Library parking lot with assault, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and criminal mischief. He faces an Aug. 10 court date.
3:10 p.m. A 2004 GMC SUV driven by Geneva J. Perkins, 71, Mountain Road, Cape Neddick, went out of control on Mountain Road, struck several trees and came to rest in a ditch. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $1500.
11:51 p.m. John Landry, 19, of Danvers, Mass., reported the theft of items from his vehicle while it was stuck in the mud on Witchtrot Road. Taken were a Kenwood CD stereo valued at $300, a memory card valued at $40, a Kodak camera worth $100, DVDs valued at $180 and three VCR tapes valued at $50.
Friday, June 9
8:20 p.m. Randy M. Blekitas, 19, of Old County Road, was charged on Old County Road with assault, illegal possession of liquor by a minor and sale/use of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 21.
10:50 p.m. A 16-year-old York boy was charged on Harry Street with sale/use of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of liquor by a minor. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 3.
Saturday, June 10
9:59 a.m. The theft of an iron cupid statue was reported by Bell Farm Antiques on Route 1. The theft occurred sometime overnight and the value of the statue is estimated at $600.
4:45 p.m. Robert Ryan, 49, of Hampton, N.H., was charged on Route 91 with possession of a useable amount of marijuana. He is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 10.
