Popular York Public Library Film Festival continues all summer long

YORK VILLAGE - The York Public Library has extended its popular Sunday Film Festival series through the summer.

Although June's showing has passed, the summer film series at will continue with Oscar-winner "Some Like it Hot" with Jack Lemmon, Tony Curtis and Marilyn Monroe on July 9.

"The Sound of Music," the Oscar-winning musical starring Julie Andrews, will be held on Aug. 13, and "Pat and Mike," the quintessential Kate Hepburn-Spencer Tracy comedy, is scheduled for Sept. 10.
