Sunday, June 1612:46 a.m. Sean F. Callahan, 35, of 171 Appleton St., North Andover, Mass., was charged on York County Sheriff's Department warrants for negotiating a worthless instrument, indecent conduct and criminal trespass at 65 Broadway. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Sept. 21.
2:31 a.m. Billy Jo Filiault, 25, of 5520 Route 4, Killington, Vt., was charged with sale/use of drug paraphernalia on Long Beach Avenue. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Sept. 7.
2:31 a.m. Melinda Dubeau, 21, of 106051 South Road, Woodstock Vt., was charged with assault on Long Beach Avenue. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court Aug. 9.
2:42 a.m. A 17-year-old York male was charged with sale/use of drug paraphernalia, illegal transportation of liquor by a minor, failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to display a current and valid certificate of inspection on Main Street in York Beach. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Aug. 21.
Monday, June 17
9:50 a.m. A 1998 Jeep sport utility vehicle operated by David V. Casano, 57, of 465 Guy Park Ave., Amsterdam, N.Y., and a 2000 Chevrolet pickup truck operated by Frederick W. Dauth, 46, of Box 727, York, were in collision on Church Street at the entrance to Star of the Sea Church. Damage was estimated at $1,000 to the Jeep, $2,000 to the Chevrolet.
1:50 p.m. A 1988 Volvo sedan operated by Anna L. Schuefer, 26, of 29A Cushing St., Dover, N.H., and a 2003 Buick sedan owned by Barbara Foley and operated by James T. Foley, 72, of 194 King St., Danbury, were in collision on York Street. Damage was estimated at $2,000 to the Volvo, $50 to the Buick.
2:39 p.m. Two vehicles parked on Railroad Avenue in York Beach were keyed on the driver's side door. Police said the scratches were about three feet in length each. Damaged were a 2006 Jeep Liberty and a 2005 Toyota Tacoma. Damage was estimated at $1,000 each.
5:32 p.m. A 2003 Buick operated by Justin D. Dubrazsky of 45 Johnson St., Eliot, owned by Danny J. Dubrazsky, and a 2006 Dodge operated by Lisa M. Fisk, 28, of 66 Woodland Hills, South Berwick, were in collision on Route 1. Damage was estimated at $3,000 to the Buick, $2,500 to the Dodge.
5:45 p.m. A 2001 Cadillac sedan operated by Paul G. Clancy, 67, of 603 63rd Ave., West Lot 8, Bradenton, Fla., and a 2006 Toyota sedan operated by Jamie L. Dube, 24, of Box 7366, Rochester, N.H., were in collision on Route 1 at the Spur Road. Damage was estimated at $1,000 to each vehicle.
9:14 p.m. A 17-year-old York boy was charged with possession of a useable amount of marijuana on Southside Road. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Aug. 21.
9:14 p.m. A 16-year-old York boy was charged with sale/use of drug paraphernalia on Southside Road. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Aug. 21.
9:43 p.m. Joshua C. Johnson, 27, of 25 Depot Road, Eliot, was charged with assault, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and disorderly conduct on Ocean Avenue. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Sept. 7.
11:19 p.m. A 17-year-old York boy was charged with illegal transportation of liquor by a minor on Main Street in York Beach. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Aug. 21.
11:30 p.m. A 17-year-old Kittery boy was charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on Route 103. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Aug. 21.
11:36 p.m. Nancy E. Wayne, 20, of 17 Apple Gate Lane, Reading, Mass., was charged with furnishing a place for minors to consume liquor on Midnight Drive. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court Sept. 7.
11:36 p.m. Lauren D. Gard, 18, of 3024 Lana Lane, Marietta, Ga., was charged with illegal possession of liquor by a minor on Midnight Drive. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court Sept. 7.
11:36 p.m. Ryan Trulle, 18, of 7 Draper Drive, Wilmington, Mass., was charged with illegal possession of liquor by a minor on Midnight Drive. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Sept. 7.

3:37 p.m. A 1996 Ford sedan owned by Nancy C. Larose of 8 Beane Island Road, Candia, N.H., operated by Stevie R. Fremeau, 17, of 7 Freedom Circle #10, Portsmouth, N.H., and a 2004 Jeep sport utility vehicle operated by Anthony H. Grzyb, 47, of 24 Chestnut St., Dudley, Mass., were in collision on Route 1. Damage was estimated at $5,000 to the Ford, $8,500 to the Jeep.
6:35 p.m. A 15-year-old York boy was charged with operating an all-terrain vehicle without protective headgear, operating an unregistered all-terrain vehicle and carrying a passenger without headgear on Middle Pond Road. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 5.
6:36 p.m. Thomas J. Hanlon, 32, of Box 913, Ogunquit, was charged with criminal operating under the influence, possession of a useable amount of marijuana and sale/use of drug paraphernalia on Mountain Road. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 9.
11:34 p.m. A 16-year-old Newburyport, Mass., boy was charged with illegal transportation of liquor by a minor on Beacon Street. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Aug. 8.
Wednesday, June 19
2 p.m. A 1999 Toyota sedan operated by David P. Hambleton, 67, of 63 Turtle Bay Road, Banford, Conn., and a 2001 Pontiac operated by Claire M. Graham, 78, of Box 454, York Beach, were in collision on Nubble Road at Church Street. Damage was estimated at $2,000 to the Toyota, $1,500 to the Pontiac.
5:19 p.m. Kelvin Williams, 46, of 1679 Glenview, Memphis, Tenn., was charged on a Cumberland County Sheriff's Department warrant for a Scarborough offense on Route 1. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Sept. 1.
6:43 p.m. Two 17-year-old York boys was charged with operating unregistered all-terrain vehicles on Middle Pond Road. Both are scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 5.
Thursday, June 20
1:26 a.m. Robert P. Milroy, 25, of 64 Railroad Ave., South Berwick, was charged with operating without a license on Beech Ridge Road. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 5.
10:35 a.m. An employee at Mr. Mike's on Route 1 reported that someone had tried to use a stolen credit card to make a purchase. Police are investigating.
11:39 a.m. A 2004 Toyota sedan operated by Eunice M. Watt, 79, of Six Goose Point Drive, Kittery Point, sustained an estimated $9,000 in damage when it left York Street and struck a Central Maine Power Company utility pole.
3:10 p.m. A 2006 Chevrolet sedan owned by PV Holding Company of 5740 Arbor Ave., Los Angeles, Calif., operated by Jeanne Stepanova, 43, of 4810 Highway 7 #409, St. Louis Pa., Minn., and a 2000 Buick sedan operated by Ida K. Bernstein, 95, of Box 352, York Harbor, were in collision on York Street. Damage was estimated at $2,000 to the Chevrolet, $1,500 to the Buick.
4:09 p.m. Thomas L. Fuller, 18, of 155 South Danbury Road, Wellseyville, N.Y., was charged with possession of a useable amount of marijuana on Railroad Avenue Extension in York Beach. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 5.
4:35 p.m. A 2001 Nissan sport utility vehicle owned by Jeffrey C. Lindberg and operated by Emily Lindberg, 19, of Old Kings Road, Merrimack, N.H., and a 1989 Pontiac two-door operated by a 16-year-old York boy, were in collision on York Street. Damage was estimated at $1,500 to each vehicle.
6:47 p.m. Todd Milliken, 26, of 20 Yale St., Biddeford, was charged with operating while a license is suspended or revoked and is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 5.
Friday, June 21
2:18 p.m. A Shore Road resident reported outdoor lights smashed. The lanterns were valued at $500.
6:10 p.m. Amelia L. Patten, 47, of 20 Dean Road, York, was charged with assault on Dean Road. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court Aug. 9.
Saturday, June 22
8:47 a.m. An employee of Essence of Time Antiques on Route 1 reported the theft of several items of jewelry including diamond rings sometime between 6 p.m. Friday and Monday morning. The total value of items taken was set at $30,000.
10:45 a.m. A 2007 Mercury sedan operated by Ruth L Fogarty, 77, of Box 9024, Schenectady, N.Y., was in collision with a 1999 Audi sedan parked by Aleksandar Petrovic, 32, of 1 Ashleigh Court, Arundel, on Ridge Road. Damage was estimated at $500 to the Audi, $1,000 to the Mercury.
12:35 p.m. A 2000 Nissan sedan operated by Marlene Porter, 70, of 1120 Hawken Place, St. Louis, Mo., and a 1999 Volkswagen sedan operated by Michele Kotwga, 18, of 28 Stone Roped, Arlington, Mass., owned by Robert Kotwga, were in collision on South Berwick Road. Damage was estimated at $900 to the Nissan, $1,300 to the Volkswagen.
5:59 p.m. Martin Flanagan, 41, of 1259 Prickly Mountain Road, Warren, Vt., was charged with criminal operating under the influence and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Nov. 9.
7:50 p.m. Chad S. Spencer, 24, of 10 Turbatts Creek Road, Kennebunkport, turned himself in to police on a York County Sheriff's Department warrant for failure to appear. He is scheduled to appear in York District Coot Oct. 5.
9:10 p.m. A 1991 Acura sedan operated by Terry Lyn Keene, 47, of 102 Stephen Eaton Lane, Wells, left Shore Road and struck some rocks. Keene told police she lost control when she swerved to miss an unidentified truck coming toward her on the wrong side of the road. Damage to the Acura was estimated at $5,000.
9:40 p.m. Nicole M. Ouellette, 20, of 95 Raydon Road, York, was charged with operating without being licensed and sale/use of drug paraphernalia on Route 1. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court Nov. 9.
11:19 p.m. Tess L. Forrest, 20, of 114 Beech Ridge Road, was charged with furnishing a place for minors to consume liquor on Beech Ridge Road. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 5.
