Sunday, July 23
11:10 a.m. Brandon C. Phillips, 34, Cortland, N.Y., driving a 2002 Subaru station wagon owned by Gail A. Phillips, also of Cortland, N.Y., was in collision on Route 1 near the Captain Thomas Road intersection with a 2004 Datsun/Nissan SUV driven by Thomas J. Cushing, 51, of Wells. Damage to the Phillips vehicle was estimated at $3,000 and to the Cushing vehicle, $2,000.
5:53 p.m. Vigneish R. Ranganathan, 30, Portsmouth, N.H., was charged on Main Street with operating under the influence.
9:50 p.m. Maryjane Segarra, 47, Wells, was charged on Main Street with operating under the influence.
11:21 p.m. Vishnu Doralswamy, 30, Portsmouth, N.H., was charged on Main Street with unlawful use of license.

9 a.m. Emily E. Forbes, 24, Newmarket, N.H., driving a 1999 Volkswagon, sustained $1,000 damage to the vehicle when it was in collision on Route 1 with a 1998 Datsun/Nissan driven by Jason A. Yancoski, 36, New Castle, N.H. Damage to the Yancoski vehicle was estimated at $2,000

10:57 p.m. Addison Buscemi, 20, and Caitlin P. McDonough, 18, both of Longmeadow, Mass., were charged at the Main Beach parking lot with indecent conduct.
