Saturday, July 29

2:40 p.m. A 2001 Mitsubishi driven by Gerald A. Hanley, 49, North Billerica, Mass., was in collision on Route 1 with a 2006 Volvo SUV driven by Richard Bourdeau, 46, Chambly, Quebec. Damage to the Hanley vehicle was estimated at $3,000 and to the Bourdeau vehicle, $8,000.

7:28 p.m. Janet L. Chabot, 51, Alfred, was charged at a business on Main Street with violating a protective order.

Sunday, July 30

10:05 p.m. A three-car accident near a crosswalk in the southbound lane on Main Street resulted in $11,500 damage to the vehicles, but no injuries. Christina M. Drouin, 32, Rochester, N.H., driving a 1997 Toyota, sustained $5,000 to her vehicle; John S. Bruno, 20, Alfred, sustained $6,000 to his 1987 Chevrolet pickup truck, and a 1996 Chevrolet pickup truck driven by Herbert R. Sears, 51, Saco, sustained $500 in damage.

11:01 p.m. Patrick L. Flannery, 38, Weston, Vt., was charged on Israel Head Road with assault.

Monday, July 31

8:56 p.m. Chris Goldberg, 30, Bristol, Conn., was charged on Main Street with attaching false plates.

Tuesday, Aug. 1

3:15 p.m. Rosalyn, Burtan, 44, Ogunquit, was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at the post office on Main Street.

Wednesday, Aug. 2

3 p.m. Jessica D. Joslyn, 19, Acton, driving a 2000 Oldsmobile, sustained $2,000 damage to the vehicle when she was in collision at the intersection of Bourne Lane and Route 1 with a 2001 Honda driven by Nancy A. Corville, 68, Auburn, Mass. Damage to the Honda was estimated at $1,000. Joslyn was charged with operating while license is suspended or revoked.

Thursday, Aug. 3

6:20 p.m. Samuel M. Abbott, 53, Thompson, Conn., was charged on Main Street near Bourne Lane with attaching false plates.
