Saturday, Aug. 5, was the date for the Agamenticus Yacht Club Regatta. The AYC holds this regatta annually for children associated with the club. The children use small training boats called "Opties" and spend the day racing against each other in two age classes. Pictured are participants taking part in last weekend's events.

York 9-10 All Stars runner-ups in state championship
In the final game of the season, the York 9-10 All Stars gave Falmouth a run for the championship, with the final score Falmouth 4 and York 3 in seven innings.
