The Greater York Region Chamber of Commerce and Eliot Antique Tractor and Engine Association's first-ever Celebrate Maine Festival was a great time for people of all ages. The two-day event featured everything from face painting of barnyard animals to bands, crafts, food, Cow Patty Bingo, an antique car show, a barrel train ride and more. Pictured is Carrie McKie of Triple G Farm on Bog Road in York showing Brianna Hennessey of Wells how to "felt." Brianna and other children who tried their hand at this craft dipped the wool in soapy water and then wrapped it around a little ball until it was completely covered.
