The Ogunquit Memorial Library will be holding its annual book sale on Saturday, Aug. 19, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Head Librarian Mary Littlefield "guess-timated" that there will be 500 to 600 books for sale ranging in price from $1 to $4. The books have been culled from the library's shelves or donated by individuals and estates through the year. Littlefield said book topics will include children's books, fiction, nonfiction and cookbooks, adding, "It's a popular event. People are lined up at the door before we even open on book sale day." For more information, call the library at 646-9024.
