Although Yugoslavia may not be the first place you think of when it comes to blues music, Belgrade-native Ana Popovic is heading for top rank among blues musicians in America with her winning mix of traditional blues and elements of R&B, jazz and soul. She has won one of France's oldest and most prestigious awards, a "Jazz A Juan Revelations," and has also been nominated for numerous awards in the U.S. and France.
