With his watch in hand, York resident Jeff Patten emerges from the chilly waters off Sohier Park after breaking his own record, swimming from Boon Island to the Nubble Light on Saturday, Aug. 26. Patten undertook the swim to raise money for York Hospital's "Caring for All" program. The program serves individuals without adequate health insurance.
