Sunday, Aug. 27
1:58 a.m. Dennis Nunan, 39, Saco, and Craig E. McKenzie, 44, Portland, were charged on Main Street with disorderly conduct.
Monday, Aug. 28
12:20 a.m. Lumia G. Taylor, 53, Cape Neddick, was charged on Main Street with operating under the influence.
11:00 a.m. Jeffrey A. Brown, 45, South Kingston, R.I., was charged on Main Street with failure to register vehicle.
6:09 p.m. Stephanie Ann Cook, 31, Rochester, N.H., was charged with negotiating a worthless instrument at an Ogunquit motel.
Tuesday, Aug. 29
10:34 a.m. Anthony R. Hubbard, 19, Springfield, Mass., driving a 2007 Pontiac was in collision with a 1998 Ford owned by Debra L. Day, South Berwick, and most recently driven by Norman Hardy, 60, also of South Berwick. The accident happened in a driveway on Kings Lane where the Ford was parked. Damage to the Hubbard vehicle was estimated at $250 and to the Day vehicle, $1,00.
Thursday, Aug. 31
Noon. Thomas J. Hanlon, 32, Ogunquit, was charged at the post office on Main Street with operating while license is suspended or revoked and violating condition of release.
5:45 p.m. Carlos Perez, Jr., 23, Ogunquit, was charged at a Main Street restaurant with assault and violating condition of release.
5:45 p.m. Yohan Cho, 23, Sanford, was charged at a Main Street restaurant with assault.
Friday, Sept. 1
9:33 a.m. Lumia G. Taylor, 53, Cape Neddick, was charged at a Main Street business with assault.
8:30 p.m. Joseph T. Berger, 32, Farmington, Conn., was charged on School Street with possession of marijuana.
Sunday, Sept. 3
Stephen J. Sawyer, 30, Washington, driving a 2003 Hyundai, was in collision in the southbound lane of Route 1 near the Milestone Inn with a 1985 Dodge van driven by Richard A. Beck, 54, Wells. Damage to the Sawyer vehicle was estimated at $2,000 and to the Beck vehicle, $500.
