Monday, Sept. 11
4:40 p.m. Ashley K. Vieira, 22, North Berwick, was charged at a Beach Street restaurant with forgery, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release.
9:33 p.m. James Nodine, 45, Terryville, Conn., was charged at a restaurant on Main Street with assault, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and refusing to sign a criminal summons.
11:47 p.m. Jason R. Pratt, 36, Ogunquit, was charged on Main Street with operating after suspension of license.
Wednesday, Sept. 13
2:30 p.m. Alan D. Kupper, 77, Meadowlark Village, Ogunquit, driving a 2004 Kia, sustained $3,500 damage to the vehicle when he stopped on Bourne Lane before making a right turn and scraped a utility pole.
Friday, Sept. 15
6:30 p.m. Sherman Eidelman, 78, Marblehead, Mass., driving a 2005 Lexus, sustained $1,500 damage to the vehicle when it was in collision at the Key Bank parking lot on Main Street with a 2002 Toyota parked in the lot and owned by Carol Bragdon, 64, Standish. Damage to the Toyota was estimated at $500.
Saturday, Sept. 16
1:10 a.m. Norman Lessard, 44, Manchester, N.H., was charged on Main Street with operating under the influence.
Sunday, Sept. 17
1:45 a.m. Daniel Zabielski, 44, Dorchester, Mass., was charged on Main Street operating under the influence.
