Sunday, Sept. 101:49 a.m. Adam J. Berry, 21, of 10 Rachael Circle, South Easton, Mass., was charged with receiving stolen property on Raydon Road. Police said he was in possession of a Donica Road sign. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Nov. 9.
2:07 a.m. Pamela Diane Bonanno, 47, of 1076 Napa Way, Niceville, Fla., was charged with criminal operating under the influence on Nubble Road. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court Dec. 7.
9:42 p.m. Jesse Rutherford, 26, of 27 Route 1, York, was charged with operating an all-terrain vehicle under the influence or with excessive blood alcohol count on Kestrel Circle. Rutherford is scheduled to appear in York District Court Dec. 7.
Monday, Sept. 11
11:29 a.m. A 1999 Chevrolet sport utility vehicle operated by Helen E. Rollins, 82, of Box 570, York Harbor, and a 1995 Honda sedan operated by Robyn Nast, 20, of 1 Eldredge Road, York, were in collision on Woodbridge Road at the intersection with Darcy Road. Damage was estimated at $4,000 to the Chevrolet, $5,000 to the Honda.
Tuesday, Sept. 12
4:59 a.m. A Stow, Mass., resident reported the theft of a credit card and its use for over $3,000 in unauthorized purchases. The card is thought to have been stolen from the spa at the Cliff House on Shore Road. Police are investigating.
7:46 p.m. A 2005 Chevrolet pickup truck operated by John A. Lydston, 38, struck and killed a deer on Beech Ridge Road. Damage to the truck was estimated at $2,500.
10:27 p.m. Melissa Small, 25, of 500 Ledgewood Drive, Kittery, was charged with operating without being licensed on the Spur Road. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court Dec. 7.
Wednesday, Sept. 13
12:15 p.m. A resident of Carriage Barn Lane reported the theft of an emblem from a Volkswagen. The emblem was valued at $50.
5:17 p.m. A Birch Hill Road resident reported the theft of a navy blue flowered purse containing $500 from her vehicle while it was parked at York Middle School on Organug Road. The car was locked, but the windows were left down.
9:05 p.m. Sean J. Gadapee, 18, of Box 147, Eliot, was charged with operating without being licensed and failure to display a current and valid certificate of inspection on Ridge Road. Gadapee is scheduled to appear in York District Court Dec. 7.
Thursday, Sept. 14
9:55 a.m. Robert Bartlett, 25, of 218 Brixham Road, Eliot, was charged with operating without being licensed on Route 1. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Dec. 7.
4:18 p.m. Thomas D. Machom, 27, of 177 Long Sands Road, York, was charged with failure to properly dispose of animal waste at Short Sands Park. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Nov. 9.
10:52 p.m. A 2005 Toyota sedan operated by Robert J. Young, 79, of 6 Ramsdell Lane, Cape Neddick, left Old Post Road, striking a mailbox, fence, lobster traps and a rock wall. Damage to the Toyota was estimated at $10,000.
Friday, Sept. 15
5:25 p.m. Derek K. Kucinski, 20, of 8 Algonquin Drive, Cape Neddick, was charged with violation of conditions of release and on two York County Sheriff's Department warrants for failure to appear to answer charges of eluding a police officer and violation of conditions of release. He was taken to York County Jail in Alfred and is scheduled to appear in York District Court Nov. 9.
7:13 p.m. A 16-year-old and a 17-year-old York male were charged with illegal possession of liquor by a minor on Robert Stevens Drive. Both are scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 2.
8:51 p.m. Matthew McClellan, 18, of 24 Neck Road, China, Maine, was charged with refusing to submit to arrest or detention, violation of conditions of release and illegal possession of liquor by a minor on Robert Stevens Drive. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 2.
Saturday, Sept. 16
4:14 a.m. Ernest M. Mason, 62, of Box 785, Wells, was charged with refusing to submit to arrest or detention and failure to stop for a law enforcement officer on Long Sands Road. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Nov. 9.
9:10 a.m. An Eliot resident reported the theft of two doors off his Jeep Wrangler sometime during the night while it was parked at Bournival Dodge on Route 1. The doors were valued at $3,000.
2:59 p.m. Cory A. Drost, 29, of 12 Caincrest Road, York, was charged with violation of conditions or release on York Street. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Nov. 9.
