EVERYBODY LOVES A PARADE. Or, at least, that was the case on Saturday, Sept. 16, as hundreds of residents and delegations from fire departments across New England joined the York Beach Fire Department for the parade as part of the 43rd Annual Maine State Federation of Fire Fighters Convention in York Beach. Steve Dunne got some good news last week. Tonight, the School Committee is going to be taking a long, hard look at the citizen-petitioned "Taxpayer Bill of Rights" or TABOR initiative, set to be on the ballot Nov. 7. It was a lucky day for an oversized male lobster, caught in Ogunquit's waters last week.
