What do 1,935 cigarette butts, 300 bottle caps and lids, 224 food wrappers and containers, 209 pieces of rope and 132 paper and plastic bags have in common? A sparsely attended public hearing was held Monday, Sept. 25, at Sewall's Dock, located at 2 Seabury Road near Sewall's Bridge, to discuss improvements to make the area more conducive to commercial fishing.
