Sunday, Sept. 179:31 p.m. David Robbins, 38, of 9 Grove St., Auburn, was charged with operating/allowing operation of a motor vehicle while registration is suspended on Stonewall Lane. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Dec. 7.
10:34 p.m. John J. Millis, 20, of 35 Chase's Pond Road was charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (cocaine), sale/use of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of a useable amount of marijuana. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 16.
Monday, Sept. 18
10:01 p.m. Michael L. Laliberte, 38, of 1206 Main St., Tewksbury, Mass., was charged with operating without being licensed on Route 1. He is scheduled to appear in York District court Dec. 7.
10:15 p.m. A Waterboro woman reported a tire slashed on her vehicle while it was parked on Weston Avenue. The tire was valued at $50.
Tuesday, Sept. 19
11:30 a.m. A 2006 Chevrolet sedan operated by Margaret A. Gervais, 79, of 20 Nelson St., Lowell, Mass., went out of control at the intersection of Ridge Road and Beacon Street when a tire blew. Damage to the Chevrolet was estimated at $3,000.
Wednesday, Sept. 20
7 a.m. A 1995 Subaru two-door operated by Katherine Getchell, 25, of 45 Old Road, Eliot, received an estimated $3,000 in damage when it was struck by a deer on Beech Ridge Road. The deer hit the front of the car and went over the roof.
11:15 a.m. Melanie Peard, 18, of 91 Chase's Pond Road, was charged with domestic violence on Chase's Pond Road. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 4.
Thursday, Sept. 21
10:41 a.m. A 14-year-old York female was charged with refusing to submit to arrest or detention on York Street. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court Nov. 6.
Friday, Sept. 22
7:59 a.m. A 17-year-old York male was charged with assault on Old County Road. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 4.
1:20 p.m. A 2005 Kawaski motorcycle operated by Thomas A. Pettipas, 29, of 26 Pierce Ave., Sanford, received an estimated $3,000 in damage when it skidded on gravel at the intersection of Route 1 and Brickyard Court.
Saturday, Sept. 23
12:20 p.m. A 2001 Honda van owned by Judith B. Bode of 1315 Sutherland Ave., Kalamazoo, Mich., operated by Benjamin J. Bode, 22, of 63 Terrace Ave., West Orange, N.J.; a 1999 Land Rover sport utility vehicle operated by Kenneth Damien Peyton, 39, of 94 Reservation Road, Milton, Mass., and a 1997 Toyota sport utility vehicle operated by Firth R. Clouthier, 48, of 3 Clemence Ave., Sterling, Mass., were involved in a chain-reaction collision on York Street. Damage was estimated at $2,000 to the Honda, $3,000 to the Land Rover and $2,000 to the Toyota.
9:30 p.m. Anthony M. Sallese, 19, of 40 Hovey St., Watertown, Mass., was charged with administrative operating under the influence/violation of Maine's Zero Tolerance Law on Church Street. No court date was listed.
11:01 p.m. Justin Ottavio, 31, of 310 Wildwood Drive, Stratford, Conn., was charged with operating an unregistered vehicle on Ocean Avenue. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Dec. 7.
