SEMI-FINALS FOR U-14 TEAM. The Columbus Day Weekend Tournament, held this past weekend in Rochester, N.H., saw plenty of play for York's under-14 co-ed soccer team, which made it to the semi-finals with one win over Oyster River, 2 to 1; a scoreless tie with Concord, and two losses. The losses came against Rochester, 1 to 0, and in the semi-final game against Concord, 3 to 0. Athletes pictured include York's Alex Bailey and Stephanie Gallagher.

ON TO THE FINALS. York U-13 midfielder Ryan Twohig clears the ball upfield en route to the finals at the Rochester Columbus Day tournament in New Hampshire. The U-13 boys knocked out Rye, Exeter and Rochester before falling 2-0 to the Derry Eagles in the championship game.

Falcons soar over Wildcats, 37-7

Boys' soccer continues up and down
