Tuesday, Oct. 177:30 a.m. James P. Jannetti, 44, York, driving a cargo body oil truck, was in collision in the southbound lane of Route 1 with a 1996 Pontiac driven by Kristine M. Gagne, 23, Shapleigh. Damage to the Pontiac was estimated at $2,000. There was no damage to the oil truck.

9:25 p.m. Beth Byra, 42, Methuen, Mass., was charged with operating after suspension of license on Shore Road.
Monday, Oct. 23
10:51 a.m. Allen H. Theriault, 58, Agamenticus Ave., Cape Neddick, was charged on Main Street for operating after suspension of license.
9:34 p.m. Jesse James Sullivan, 25, Laconia, N.H., was charged on Cherry Lane with operating a vehicle without a license; trafficking in dangerous knives and sale/use of drug paraphernalia.
