Sunday, Oct. 22

5:53 p.m. Thomas M. Mullin, 56, of 64 Long Sands Road, York, was charged with operating without a license on Avon Avenue. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Dec. 7.

9:57 p.m. Patricia Ott, 42, of 79 Pine Hill Road, York, was charged with criminal operating under the influence and speeding 16 to 25 mph over the posted limit on Route 1. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court Dec. 7.

11:13 p.m. Timothy M. Bradlee, 36, of 10 Cayuga Drive, Hudson, Mass., was charged with criminal operating under the influence, operating beyond license restrictions/conditions and speeding 16 to 25 mph over the posted limit on Route 1. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Dec. 7.

Monday, Oct. 23

8:35 a.m. A 1999 Subaru station wagon operated by Sarah J. Volkay, 35, of 150 Wakefield Road, West Newfield, and a 2005 Chevrolet sedan operated by Amber L. Fiske, 20, of 69 Greenleaf Parsons Road, Cape Neddick, were in collision on York Street. Damage was estimated at $2,000 to the Subaru, $3,500 to the Chevrolet.

10 a.m. A 2004 Chevrolet sport utility vehicle operated by Michele L. Karpowicz, 41, of 33 Osprey Lane, York, and a 1989 Chevrolet sport utility vehicle operated by Frances P. Graves, 41, of 2 Square Drive, Atkinson, N.H., and owned by Russell Graves, were in collision on the Spur Road. Damage was estimated at $4,000 to the 2004 Chevrolet, $3,000 to the 1989 Chevrolet.

Tuesday, Oct. 24

9:41a.m. A Long Sands Road resident reported the theft of a black and white sculpture from her home. The sculpture was valued at $195.

1:29 p.m. A Cycad Avenue resident reported a bottle of vodka thrown though a window at her home sometime between Oct. 17 and Oct. 24. Damage was estimated at $500.

3:03 p.m. An Airport Drive resident reported a break-in at her home sometime between Oct. 22 and 24. A screen and window damaged in the break-in were valued at a total of $75.

4:03 p.m. A Rockland Avenue resident reported two broken windows at his home. The damage was estimated at $200.

4:20 p.m. An Airport Drive resident reported the theft of a Sony CD player from his home. The player was valued at $100.

Wednesday, Oct. 25

1:03 p.m. Scott L. Moulton, 50, of 455 Burnt Mill Road, Wells, was charged with harassment by phone, criminal threatening and terrorizing at the York District Court on Chase's Pond Road. He is scheduled to appear in York Domestic Court Nov. 8.

1:45 p.m. A 1998 Toyota sedan operated by Raymond D. Morin, 83, of Box 107, Cape Neddick, and a 2003 Chevrolet two-door operated by Richard W. Hanson, 73, of 79 Scituate Road, York, were in collision in the parking lot at Hannaford. Damage was estimated at $2,000 to the Toyota. There was no damage to the Chevrolet.

3:23 p.m. A 1995 Volvo sedan owned by Mary A. Dervishian of 25 Donica Road, York, operated by a 16-year-old York resident, and a 2005 Toyota sedan operated by John A. Nicholson, 82, of Box 1447, York Beach, were in collision on Donica Road. Damage was estimated at $3,500 to the Volvo, $4,400 to the Toyota.

Thursday, Oct. 26

6:45 p.m. A 2002 Volvo legally parked by Judy A. Shaw-Kagiliery, 59, of 61 Manson Road, Kittery, on Route 1 received an estimated $3,000 in damage when struck by an unknown vehicle.

Friday, Oct. 27

11:55 p.m. A 1990 Nissan sedan operated by Christopher S. Grant, 46, of 78 Tennariffe Mountain Road, Milton, N.H., owned by Janet Grant of 3 Caincrest Road, York, ran off Cider Hill Road, struck a metal culvert in the ditch and landed on its side. Damage to the Nissan was estimated at $8,500.

Saturday, Oct. 28

2:06 p.m. Daniel R. MacGlashing, 19, of 12 Mill Ridge Farm Lane, York, was charged with criminal operating under the influence on Robert Stevens Drive. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Dec. 7.

4:58 a.m. Christopher Pardoe, 23, of 19 Saltwater Drive, York, was charged with failure to notify police of an accident by the quickest possible means following an accident on Mountain Road, He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Dec. 7.

9:47 p.m. Eric E. Perkins, 37, of 280 Mountain Road, Cape Neddick, was charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct at the American Legion Post at 135 Long Sands Road. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Dec. 7.

9:23 p.m. David Barbieri, 41, of 9 Adelman Road, Billerica, Mass., was charged with criminal operating under the influence on Fall Mountain Road. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Dec. 7.

11:32 p.m. Dorothy Digiorgio, 44, of 77 Buffumsville Road, Somersworth, N.H., was charged with operating without being licensed on York Street. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court Dec. 7.
