Sunday, Nov. 51:40 a.m. Marcel Ronald Duplessis, 55, of Hamilton St., Worcester, Mass., was charged on Main Street with operating under the influence of alcohol.
Monday, Nov. 6
11:24 a.m. A 2005 Dodge van owned by Ralph D. Barr of Locust Lane, South Berwick, and driven by Joanna Barr, 22, of the same address, sustained an estimated $4,000 in damages when it was in collision at the intersection of Route 1 and Shore Road with a 1995 Peterbilt truck owned by Norman White, Inc., of Shapleigh, and driven by Glenn E. White, 61, also of Shapleigh. Damages to the truck were estimated at $500. No injuries were reported.
Thursday, Nov. 9
6:07 p.m. A 1993 GMC pickup truck owned by Gary Stevens of Ferncroft Road, York, and driven by a 17-year-old York boy, sustained an estimated $1,000 in damages when it struck a guardrail while being backed out of a Route 1 parking space. No injuries were reported.
