Tara

Tara
Hey there, I'm Tara. I am an eight-years-young spayed female Corgi mix. My previous family member surrendered me to the shelter because they could no longer care for me. I should do well with cats and will most likely ignore them. I do like most mellow dogs who don't ask too much of me. I'm an older girl who may not want young kids climbing all over me, so ideally I'd prefer to be a family with kids over the age of twelve. I am used to a quieter home and may get stressed in a loud, boisterous environment. I do appear to be housetrained and have not shown any signs of possessiveness while at the shelter. I already know some commands like sit, shake and speak. The shelter staff says I'm a nice dog who would be best suited for an adult-only home. I'd also like a family who will help me shed a few pounds. That will help prolong my life and will give me back some energy and spark! Please visit me soon, and we'll get to know one another!
Apple

Apple
Hey, can you believe a gorgeous girl like me is homeless? I used to be a stray living on the streets of Kennebunk. That wasn't fun at all. To tell you the truth, it was a bit scary not having someone to take care of me. I've been here for a few months now and still haven't found my forever home. Maybe we could be a match? Hi there, my name is Apple. I am a four-year-old female with short, brown, tabby-colored hair. Quite the pretty girl, don't you agree? I am looking for a home where I can love someone unconditionally. I would really love to have a home where there are older children and no cats. Just like people we some times don't get along with other cats, and besides, I can give you all the love I have. I am a wonderful girl who likes attention and will purr up a storm when I'm content. I can be a bit independent at times. I'm sure you can understand how you like to have time to yourself; well I do, too! I sure do hope that I find my forever home.
Big Foot

Big Foot
You have to come see me in person as my picture doesn't show off how great looking I am. I am just a loveable guy who is looking for my forever home. My family was moving and I was unable to go with them. I am sad to lose them, but I'm in hopes that someone will adopt me. Do you think you have room in your life for a guy like me? Now don't laugh, but my nickname is Foot Foot. I bet you are wondering how I got that nickname. Well, my real name is Big Foot. I am a lop rabbit who is four years old. My personality best can be described as laidback and loveable. I used to live with kids and a cat. The cat and I were best of friends. Did you know that bunnies and cats can be friends? I am an indoor-only bunny who has been litter box trained. I used to have free roam of the house. That was fun to explore, but you do need to be careful. You see, bunny's teeth are always growing, and because of that we like to nibble on things to keep them down. My favorite thing is to hop around and just hang out. If you are thinking of having a bunny in your life then look no further, I'm your guy. Please come in for a visit and when you do ask for Big Foot … a.k.a. Foot Foot.
