New home for Sports Integrity on Route 1
YORK - Sports Integrity, the sports and repetitive injury clinic, has moved to a new location.Licensed Massage Therapist Alan Taplin is now practicing at Meadowbrook Plaza on Route 1. The new facilities are located in office B-1, above Freedom Day Spa.
For the last two years, Taplin has been helping people with their sports and repetitive injuries that they incurred on the playing fields, the ski slopes and even while at the office computer. He treats injuries such as lower back pain, calf injuries, knee problems, sciatica and plantar fasciitis.
He provides a unique blend of stretching and trigger-point therapy, which releases shortened muscles and helps relieve the pain. His stretching and training program will help relieve injuries and prevent them from recurring.
Taplin is a former state champion track athlete from York High School and San Diego State University. He has also been coaching track and field at York High School for 14 years, helping athletes with their training and injury prevention program.
Taplin is available weekdays and weekends.
