Football

On Sunday, Dec. 3, eight year-old Trevor LaBonte, competed in the NFL/ Pepsi National "Punt, Pass and Kick" competition before the New England Patriots/Detroit NFL game.

Basketball

Last Friday night, Dec. 8, in the season opener, the York High School Wildcats roared to a 17-5 first quarter lead over the visiting Yarmouth Clippers and then held on to win by the final score of 59-53. The York High School Lady Wildcats opened their basketball season with a 30-20 win at Yarmouth last Saturday night, Dec. 9.

Hockey

The York High School girls' ice hockey team hosted Fryeburg Academy on Saturday, Dec. 9. Junior goalie Andrew Loane can put the first one in the bank.
