Sunday, Dec. 10

2:34 a.m. Ronald Sayres, Jr., 43, of 744 Valley St., Manchester, N.H., was charged with criminal operating under the influence on Route 1. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Feb. 8.

7:29 a.m. James H. Cahill, of Box 1566, York Beach, was charged with violation of conditions of release on Long Beach Avenue. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Feb. 8. At the same time, a 17-year-old York male was charged with sale/use of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of a useable amount of marijuana on Long Beach Avenue. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Feb. 22.

9:59 a.m. An Old Post Road woman reported the theft of a garage door opener from her vehicle. The opener was found later in the street. No value was placed on the opener.

10:22 a.m. A Freeman Street woman reported vandalism to her 2007 Chevrolet sport utility vehicle. She said someone had attempted to break a window and had scratched the passenger's side. Damage was estimated at $1,000. She was not sure when the vandalism took place.

2:12 p.m. Keith W. Gile, 19, of 90 Norton St., South Berwick, was charged with operating while a license is suspended/revoked on Bog Road. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Feb. 8.

Monday, Dec. 11

3:18 a.m. John B. Ritter, 23, of 4 Staysail Way, Portsmouth, N.H., was charged with criminal operating under the influence, sale/use of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of a useable amount of marijuana on the Spur Road. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Feb. 8.

1:36 p.m. Knight's Quilt Shop on Route 1 reported the theft of eight bolts of material with a total value between $600 and $800 sometime between Thursday and Saturday. Each bolt contained about 15 yards of material.

6:30 p.m. A 2006 Honda sedan operated by David Rundlett, 46, of 5 Kendall Road, received an estimated $3,000 in damage when a deer ran into the driver's side front on Old Post Road.

10:56 p.m. Francesco Seedner, 19, of 28 Rogers Road, was charged with operating without being licensed on York Street. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Feb. 8.

Wednesday, Dec. 13

11:12 a.m. A Michael Drive man reported the theft of a cell phone from his unlocked vehicle. The phone was valued at $20.

2 p.m. A 1993 Chevrolet sedan operated by William L. Cornish, 66, of 78 Elm Lane, Wells, ran off Mill Lane and struck a utility pole. Damage was estimated at $2,500.

Friday, Dec. 15

6:20 p.m. A deer struck a 2005 Toyota sedan operated by Eliette L. Myers, 49, of 678 Center Road, Lebanon, on York Street. Damage was estimated at $1,000.
