Wednesday, Dec. 273:01 p.m. Matthew L. Smith, 27, York, was charged on Obeds Lane with operating while license suspended or revoked.
3:53 p.m. Regis B. Machado, 22, Kennebunk, fell asleep while driving a 1996 Hyundai station wagon owned by Fernanada DeOliveira, York, in the northbound lane of Route 1 and struck a CMP pole. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $3,500.
Thursday, Dec. 28
Richard R. Desmarais, 69, Ogunquit, driving a 2003 Volkswagon station wagon, was in collision at the intersection of Shore Road and Route 1 with a 1987 Jeep driven by Edward M. Rivard, 49, Jagger Mill Road, Sanford. Damage to each vehicle was estimated at $1,000.
