Ogunquit Police Department Incident Log

Wednesday, Jan. 24

11 a.m. Scott E. Bourque, 30, Wells, driving a 2003 Ford pickup truck owned by the town of Ogunquit, was in collision at Jacobs Lot with a 1999 Saab driven by Yolanda M. Rossi, 82, of Leominster, Mass. There was no damage to the pickup truck, but the Saab sustained $1,500 damage to the front passenger door.

Thursday, Jan. 25

David P. Nichols, 29, Wells, and Kim E. Barnes, 49, York, were charged on Shore Road with possession of marijuana.
