Jeopardy Challenge returns Feb. 9
YORK - It's back, and just in time to add a little life to a cold February evening.It is the York High School Academic Boosters' always-popular Jeopardy Challenge, scheduled for Friday evening, Feb. 9, at 7 p.m. in the York High School Auditorium.
And the event promises fun for everyone as 12 participating local businesses will contribute $300 each to sponsor a team for the event, modeled on the hit television game show.
The audience plays a key part in this event, and all proceeds will benefit the work of the Academic Boosters to enhance school programs with such initiatives as Student of the Month and Phoenix awards, the annual Honors Banquet and even scholarships.
