Oscar

Oscar
Well hi there, my name is Oscar. I'm an adorable one-year-old neutered male pit-bull/mastiff mix. The shelter took me in because I was found as a stray in one of the contract towns. I would prefer to be the only pet for you to love as I am a bit too interested in cats and I also don't get along too well with other dogs. Over time I may mellow out as I was just recently neutered and it does take a while for the hormones to completely exit the body. I'm also a larger and high-energy dog that may knock over young children, so I'd prefer to live with kids over 12 years of age. I will need help with housetraining and will also benefit from working on the trade-up game to help me ease the value of food to me. Obedience classes are mandatory with my adoption. These classes will help me to work on my manners and commands and they act as an energy outlet and also promote the formation of the dog-family bond. The shelter staff says that I need a consistent leader who can give me a structured life. Exercise is very important and I will need daily time to burn off that zest for life! Please visit me soon!
Spirit

Spirit
Hi there! My name is Spirit. I am an adorable six-year-old spayed female who is looking for my forever home. I came to the shelter after my previous owner's landlord said I could not stay. I really hope that I can be part of someone's family again. I have long flowing fur that is ever so soft. I enjoy being brushed so I can keep out all of the tangles. Boy do they hurt! I have beautiful green eyes and love to talk to you when you talk with me. I also really enjoy being petted, especially behind the ears. I like to play and love catnip. My favorite things, besides being with people, are those crinkly mice and toys that have long tails to them. I would like to live indoors, and experience the outside world through a window. In my previous home I used to love to sit in the window and watch the squirrels. They sure are funny animals. Do you have a window that I could sit in? I am a loving girl who is not only smart but very calm. I even like to cuddle sometimes. I know that I would be a great addition to your family. So what do you say, will you come visit me and take me home?
Scotty

Scotty
Hi, my name is Scotty. I am a five-month-old dwarf albino bunny. I came to the shelter because I was stressing out the cats in the household and myself. I would really like to find a home that doesn't have any cats. I am a friendly guy who is looking for my forever home. Did you know that white bunnies with pink eyes get overlooked at shelters? I don't understand why. I think having pink-colored eyes makes me extra special. What do you think? I think I look goofy in my picture. You have to come see me in person to see how handsome I really am. I am a super sweet guy who likes to be petted. I would love to find a house where I can be loved. Could it be with you?
