Sunday, Jan. 286 a.m. A 2004 Nissan van operated by John Londa, 44, 47 New Rochester Road, #23, Dover, N.H., received an estimated $8,000 in damages when it left Route. 91, ran up an embankment, hit a stone wall and rolled over onto its roof.
11:46 a.m. A Dabney Rd. resident reported the theft of a digital camera worth $198.94 and memory card worth $17.34.
6:12 p.m. A credit card was reported stolen from York Harbor Inn after a customer left it behind. The owner of the card reported it was later used at a gas station.
Monday, Jan. 29
8:32 a.m. A 2004 Chevrolet pickup truck operated by Gerald M. Rose II, 43, P.O. Box 258, Cape Neddick, owned by Cape Neddick Building Co., received an estimated $9,000 in damages when it left Clay Hill Road, went into a ditch, up an embankment, struck a rock that ripped off right front tire and hit a utility pole. There was no damage to the pole.
9:11 a.m. A burglary was reported at Ace Self Storage at the end of Raydon Road from a storage unit owned by Eldredge Lumber. Items reported stolen included underground electrical wire valued at $2,500, bolt cutters valued at $600, a cordless drill valued at $50, two partial spools of wire valued at $500 and $1,000, and $30 in cash.
10:58 p.m. Andrew S. Young, 18, 6 Wallis Road, Portsmouth, N.H., was charged with possession of a concealed weapon, speeding, operating with a passenger consuming alcohol and illegal transportation of liquor by a minor on Route 1. His passenger, Derek Morrissey, 19, 381 Sagamore Road, Rye, N.H., was charged with possession of liquor by a minor, sale/use drug paraphernalia and possession of a useable amount of marijuana. They are scheduled to appear at York District Court March 8.
Tuesday, Jan. 30
10:36 a.m. A 2006 Chevrolet sedan operated by Pamela J. Gagnon, 54, 9 Old Mast Road, York, owned by Charles E. Gagnon of the same address, and a 2005 Ford pickup truck operated by Francesco Seedner, 19, 28 Long Beach Ave., York, were in collision on Scotland Bridge Road. Damage was estimated at $4,000 for the Chevrolet and $700 for the Ford.
4:33 p.m. Gregory Humphrey, 41, 6 Peter Weare Road, York, was charged with having an unregistered motor vehicle on Route 1. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court May 10.
5:20 p.m. A 1999 Dodge van operated by Wendy Fountain, 41, 335 Mountain Road, Cape Neddick, and a 2005 Ford sedan operated by Richard Wicker, 38, P.O. Box 234, York Beach, were in collision on Robert Stevens Drive. Damage was estimated at $300 to the Dodge and $800 to the Ford.

6:55 p.m. A 2006 Toyota sedan operated by Robert M. Hayward, 54, 38 Godfrey Cove Road, York, owned by Fisher-James Co. of Biddeford, received an estimated $2,500 in damages when it was struck by a deer on Godfrey Cove Road.
Friday, Feb. 2
3:32 a.m. Cara E. Arpino, 18, 82 Haugh Road, Brentwood, N.H., was charged with operating beyond license restriction or condition and administrative operating under the influence/zero tolerance violation on Old Post Road. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court May 10.
6:50 a.m. A 2003 Jeep SUV operated by Sharon Beasley, 38, 19 Oceanside Ave. Ext., York, received an estimated $1,000 in damages when a deer struck its driver's side on Old Post Road.
12:15 p.m. A business on Main Street reported a sign knocked over by a vehicle. Damage was estimated at $150.
Saturday, Feb. 3
3:55 p.m. A Nissan sedan operated by Yang Guangxia, 44, 801 Route 1, F-1, York, received an estimated $5,000 in damages when it left Mountain Road and struck a utility pole.
Sunday, Feb. 4
7:46 a.m. A 17-year-old York male was charged with criminal operating under the influence after a 1987 Chevrolet sedan left Logging Road and struck a mailbox and post. The juvenile was taken to Long Creek Juvenile Center as he had been previously released on conditions. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court March 19.
8:38 a.m. Joseph A. Cahill, 19, 40 Broadway, York, was charged with domestic violence assault, illegal possession of liquor by a minor and violation of bail conditions at 40 Broadway. He is scheduled to appear at York District Court April 5.
8:38 a.m. Craig T. Murdoch, 19, 35 Fall Mill Road, York, was charged with illegal possession of liquor by a minor and violation of bail conditions at 40 Broadway. He is scheduled to appear at York District Court April 5.
10:30 a.m. Anthony DiElsi, 18, 7 Simpson Hill Road, Cape Neddick, was charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor after turning himself in at the police station. He is scheduled to appear at York District Court April 5.
