SWEET SENIOR MOMENT. On Saturday, Feb. 10, the York High School girls' ice hockey team paid tribute to the six seniors on the team, Aly Sweet, Kelly Landry, Megan Yorke, Katherine Lindbom, Lauren Coupal and Kristina Clements, all pictured here. Yorke, Lindbom and Coupal lead the team in scoring so far this season. Also on Saturday, York hosted Deering High School in the second-to-last home game of the season and beat the Rams by a score of 6 to 1. Lindbom and Ali DiElsi each had two goals, while Coupal and Alex Haight added one goal each. Landry, Sara Hanlon and Sweet each had an assist. The junior varsity team lost 5-1 to Berwick Academy on Tuesday, Feb. 6, with Chrissy Keroack scoring the lone York goal.

Wildcats wrestlers strong in championships
Last Saturday, Feb. 10, the Wildcats wrestling team competed with 22 other Maine high schools in the Class B State Championships in Augusta and finished in sixth place behind perennial champs Camden Hills.Basketball
