Performing Arts Night set for Feb. 27
OGUNQUIT - Wells-Ogunquit Adult Community Education will join with the Friends of the Wells Public Library to present a special evening of entertainment in the week ahead.Gather at the Wells Public Library on Tuesday, Feb. 27, at 6:30 p.m., for a musical evening that will add warmth to this otherwise cold winter performances by Alex Pratt, Jesse Hamilton and Danielle Mills.
Pratt is president of Seaglass Performing Arts and has been involved with choir, choral and solo singing, and dinner and musical theater; Hamilton is a junior at Wells High School and is the piano accompanist for the Wells Junior High School musical "The Secret Garden" among others, and Mills is a senior at Wells High School where she performs in chorus and on stage in plays and musicals.
Pratt and Mills will be accompanied by Warren King, music director at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Kennebunk.
There is no charge for the event and refreshments will be served. The program is appropriate for all ages and children are welcome if accompanied by an adult.
