8 p.m. Alison Lyn Pyott, 36, 774 Middle St. #4, Portsmouth, N.H., was charged with operating a vehicle without a license on Berwick Road.
Sunday, March 4
1:37 a.m. Joseph J. Waldron, 45, 177 Route 236, Berwick, was charged with operating under the influence, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of paraphernalia on Main Street, north of the square.
