Friday, March 161:10 a.m. John G. Babine, Jr., 27, 412 Main St., Apt. C, Springvale, was charged with operating under the influence, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on Main Street.
4:10 p.m. Cameron Lee Cooper, 28, 2233 Seminole Road, #25, Jacksonville, Fla., was charged with operating under the influence on Shore Road.

11:10 p.m. Justin Gabriel LaPointe, 33, P.O. Box 1801, Wells, was charged with assault and violating condition of release at a business on Main Street near the square.
