12:10 a.m. John M. Clary, 58, 6 Oregon Ave. #3, Old Orchard Beach, was charged on an active warrant for failing to pay a fine after being picked up for hitchhiking at night on Route 1.

9:48 a.m. Susan L. Nosko, 41, 13 Royalwood Lane, Swansea, Mass., and Anthony P. Arico, 42, 166 Lincoln Ave., Barrington, R.I., were both charged with assault on Route 1 in Cape Neddick. They are both scheduled to appear in York District Court April 18.

Tuesday, April 3

12:17 a.m. Travis E. Cole, 24, 61A Third St., Dover, N.H., was charged with criminal operating under the influence and sale/use of drug paraphernalia on Route 91. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court July 5.

5:14 p.m. Elena M. Gouin, 30, 28 Crestview Drive, Dayton, was charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Long Sands Road. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court July 5.

6:33 p.m. A York resident reported a possible identify theft after receiving mail addressed to an old address for a credit card that had been applied for using the resident's name and social security number on a computer in York. The report is being investigated.

10:05 p.m. An unknown motor vehicle that a witness described as a yellow pickup truck attempted to turn around at the end of a driveway at a residence on Sturtevant Lane and struck a stone wall, causing an estimated $200 in damages.

Wednesday, April 4

11:40 a.m. A Talpey Avenue resident reported a burglary of a silver XM satellite radio valued at $100 from a motor vehicle.

12:59 p.m. James M. Cahill, 20, P.O. Box 1566, York Beach, was charged with violation of condition of release for not completing an alcohol treatment program. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court June 7.

12:59 p.m. Richard M. Dalli, 48, 90 Rogers Road, York, was charged with animal cruelty for killing a cat with a blunt object. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court June 7.

5:37 p.m. A 2004 Chevrolet sport utility vehicle operated by Morgan L. Smith, 24, 22 Wentworth Road, Berwick, received an estimated $7,000 in damages after it drifted over to the opposite lane, overcorrected and rolled over, coming to a rest on its passenger side, on Cider Hill Road near Witchtrot Road.

10:55 p.m. A 2004 Chrysler sport utility vehicle operated by Stephen P. LaPointe, 58, 7 Sunrise Terrace, York, received an estimated $1,200 in damages when it left Scituate Road and struck two mailboxes.

Thursday, April 5

6:25 a.m. A 2004 Ford pickup truck operated by Giuseppe DiGiacomo, 63, 336 Lincoln St., Lexington, Mass., owned by Norwell Equipment Co., P.O. Box 410, Rockford, Mass., received an estimated $4,000 in damages when it left Route 1 and struck the side of the York Water District pump station and a utility pole.

Friday, April 6

3:10 p.m. Michael A. Roselli, 20, 6 Greenacre Drive, York, was charged with operating while license suspended or revoked after the 2007 Saturn sedan he was operating, owned by Enterprise Rental, received an estimated $6,000 in damages when it left Seabury Road and struck two trees and a utility pole. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court July 5.

4:40 p.m. Stephen M. Brett, 47, Ocean Circuit Drive, York, was charged with operating a defective vehicle on York Street near Lindsay Road.

6:43 p.m. A 17-year-old York juvenile was charged with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor and Mark Quinn, 23, 22 Harvest Lane, York, was charged with furnishing liquor to a minor on Brixham Road. The juvenile is scheduled to appear in York District Court on May 21 and Quinn is scheduled to appear in York District Court June 7.

Saturday, April 7

2 p.m. A 2004 Buick sedan operated by Walter J. Dolan, 80, 40 Maple St., Melrose, Mass., and a 2004 pick-up truck operated by Gregory M. MacDougal, 43, 139 Ross Road, Kennebunk, were in collision in the York Hospital parking lot on Lindsay Road. The Buick received an estimated $1,000 in damages, and the pickup truck received an estimated $300 in damages.
