Monday, April 9

7:39 a.m. Shane E. St. Pierre, 26, 414 Forristall Road, Winchendon, Mass., was charged with possession of suspended license and operating without being licensed on Route 1. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court July 5.

10:50 a.m. A theft by unauthorized taking of a multi-power 7,500-watt generator valued at $2,500 was reported at the Atlantic House construction site on Beach Street.

11:16 a.m. Brittany Downs, 175 Long Sands Road, York, was charged with permitting unlawful use of her motor vehicle for allowing her vehicle to be driven by Daniel J. Neary, 18, 59 Woodbridge, York, who was charged with operating without a license. Downs is scheduled to appear in York District Court June 7, and Neary is scheduled to appear in York District Court July 5.

Tuesday, April 10

9:51 p.m. Michael L. Wacker, 48, 2 Thomas Road, York, was charged with criminal operating under the influence and with having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court July 5.

Wednesday, April 11

12:12 a.m. Jason D. Rayner, 30, 101 Captain Thomas Road, Ogunquit, was charged with operating under the influence on Route 1. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court July 5.

12:47 a.m. Philip Carson, 19, 478 Route 1, York, was charged with possessing a useable amount of marijuana on Route 1. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court July 5.

1:15 p.m. David Currier, 42, 211 Clay Hill Road, York, was charged with operating while license suspended. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court July 5.

Gary Littley, 55, 10 Bonnybeag Road, York, was charged with criminal operating under the influence on Clark Road. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court July 5.

1:57 p.m. Melissa Foley, 36, 27 Windchill Lane, Acton, was charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on York Street. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court July 5.

9:14 p.m. Tamara J. Corcoran, 48, 16 Norton Road, Kittery, was charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Route 1. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court July 5.

Saturday, April 14

3:37 a.m. Ryan P. Whicher, 23, 260 Boyds St., South Berwick, was charged with criminal operating under the influence on Main Street. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court July 5.

Monday, April 16

11:30 a.m. A 2006 Dodge van operated by Lois A. Kashmer, 79, 15 Mill Lane, York, and a 1998 Mercury sedan operated by Timothy Benoit, 55, 14 Berwick Road, South Berwick, were in collision at the intersection of Frost Hill and Birch Hill Roads. The Dodge received an estimated $2,000 in damages, and the Mercury received an estimated $1,000 in damages.

10:43 p.m. Marjorie G. Lemery, 52, 36 Beacon St. Ext., York Beach, was charged with criminal operating under the influence on Long Beach Avenue. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court July 5.

Wednesday, April 18

11:05 p.m. A 17-year-old York female was charged with criminal operating under the influence, failure to stop for law enforcement and speeding 10 to 14 miles over the speed limit after the 1995 Jeep sport utility vehicle she was operating, owned by John A. Lydston, P.O. Box 334, Portsmouth, N.H., received an estimated $2,500 in damages when it left Clark Road, crashed through a fence, struck a tree, crashed back through the fence and came to rest on the road's opposite shoulder. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court June 4.

11:51 p.m. Kathleen A. Phillips, 37, 235 Mountain Road, York, was charged with assault on Mountain Road. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court May 9.

Thursday, April 19

5:42 p.m. Dennis Zangarine, 21, 11 Ridge Road, York, was charged with criminal threatening. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court May 9.

Friday, April 20

8:30 a.m. A 2006 GMC pickup truck operated by Thomas T. Pritchett, 57, 63 Sargent Lane, Eliot, and a 1997 Saab convertible operated by Monica G. White, 48, 24 Flint Rock Drive, York, were in collision on a driveway on Shore Road. The GMC received no reported damages, and the Saab received an estimated $2,400 in damages.

4:02 p.m. A York resident reported receiving three e-mails requesting him to confirm his bank account number, username and pin number. The resident replied to the emails because he thought they were from Kennebunk Savings Bank, and then contacted the bank who said the emails were fraudulent as the bank would never request that information from customers through e-mail. The bank closed the account immediately. York police remind residents that banks do not ask customers for account information through the internet and to not give out your information if you receive an email request.

5:25 p.m. A Pattens Lane resident reported the possible theft of an 8-by-8-foot dock with walkway estimated at $200, which was in the water at Scituate Pond and attached to the shore. The dock was subsequently found across the pond where it had drifted sometime since January.

Saturday, April 21

4:30 p.m. A 2000 Chevrolet sedan operated by Vienna R. O'Brien, 47, 6 Second St., Rochester, N.H., and a 1998 Toyota sport utility vehicle operated by Linda E. GH, 23, 78 Old Dennett Road, Kittery, were in collision on Route 1 in front of Anthony's Food Shop. The Chevrolet received an estimated $2,000 in damages, and the Toyota received an estimated $1,000 in damages.
