Thursday, April 12

8:30 a.m. Susannah Goodwin, 45, 28 Carrie Lynn Lane, York, was charged with failure to control a dog and keeping an unlicensed dog on Woodside Meadows after a complaint was made by a neighbor. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court June 7.

Saturday, April 21

9 a.m. Antoinette M. Ford, 50, 322 Chases Pond Road, York, was charged with keeping an unlicensed dog on Chases Pond Road. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court June 7.

Sunday, April 22

Noon. A 2001 Dodge pickup truck operated by Edward Olesvich, 53, 15860 Highway 27, Lake Wales, Fla., and a 2003 Ford pickup truck operated by Robert W. Morgan, 53, 755 Ten Rod Road, Farmington, N.H., were in collision when both were taking a left onto Route 1 north. Both vehicles received an estimated $1,000 in damages.

Tuesday, April 24

1:16 a.m. Jose Aquinaldo Milani, 31, 5 Western Avenue, Apt. 12, Dover, N.H., was charged with operating without being licensed on Church Street. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court July 5.

8:45 a.m. Sandra J. Roselli, 46, 6 Greenacre Drive, York, was charged with allowing a dog to run at large on Route 103. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court June 7.

3:40 p.m. A 2004 Honda sedan last operated by Dorothy Hackney, 81, 166 Shore Road, Cape Neddick, a 2004 Ford sedan, last operated by Mary Mills, 70, 3710 Goldfield Road, Apache Junction, Ariz., and a 1997 Jeep sport utility vehicle operated by a 17-year-old South Berwick girl and owned by Margaret M. Regan, P.O. Box 57, Cape Neddick, were in collision in the Hannaford Parking lot on Route 1. Both the Honda and Ford were unoccupied and legally parked when struck by the Jeep, which then continued over the lot's meridian and struck a shopping car rack. The Honda received an estimated $2,500 in damages, the Ford received an estimated $1,000 in damages and the Jeep received an estimated $1,000 in damages.

Wednesday, April 25

10:55 a.m. A 2002 Ford sedan operated by Hector Butler, 93, 12 Beechwood Ave., York, was in collision with pedestrian Raidee S. Myers, 5 Old Mast Road, York, 77, who was standing behind her vehicle in the York Senior Center parking lot on Main Street. Butler told police that he accidentally pushed the accelerator rather than the brake.

11:32 a.m. Kevin J. Phillips, 22, 615 Martha's Way, Dover, N.H., was charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Route 1. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court July 5.

11:58 a.m. A 2003 Ford pickup truck operated by Robert W. Morgan, 53, 755 Ten Rod Road, Farmington, N.H., and a 1997 Honda sport utility vehicle operated by 17-year-old Kittery girl and owned by Holly M. Elkins, 19 Cross St., Kittery, were in collision when the Ford in the left-turning lane and the Honda in the southbound lane both attempted to turn left from Route 1 onto York Street. The Ford received an estimated $500 in damages, and the Honda received an estimated $2,500 in damages.

4:17 p.m. Christopher R. Downes, 56, 1931 Route 1, York, was charged with operating without being licensed and evasion of registration fees and excise tax for registering his car in New Hampshire on Route 1. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court July 5.

4:32 p.m. A resident of Tewksbury, Mass., reported that a 2003 Dell laptop valued at around $1,000 and a laptop case valued around $50 had been taken from her car on either Saturday or Sunday while it was parked at the Union Bluff, where she is an employee, or while it was parked at a residence on Freeman Street. She was unsure whether the car had been left unlocked because it was keyless entry.

7:20 p.m. James D. Adams, 39, 16 Fall Mill Road, York, was charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, possession of a useable amount of marijuana, possession of a suspended license, sale/use of drug paraphernalia, unlawfully furnishing scheduled drugs, and traveling 1-15 miles per hour over the speed limit on Mountain Road. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court July 5.

9:15 p.m. David Kimball, 21, 4 Greenfield Drive, York, was charged with possession of a suspended license and sale/use of drug paraphernalia on Bartlett Road. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court July 5.

A 2001 GMC pickup truck operated by Roger A. LaPlante, 47, 47 Groundnut Hill Road, Cape Neddick, received an estimated $1,000 in damages when it was in collision with a deer on Mountain Road.

Thursday, April 26

10:01 p.m. Jamie Leigh Cahill, 24, 35B York St., York, was charged with assault and violation of condition of release at 40 Main St. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court June 7.

Friday, April 27

8:20 a.m. A 1997 Ford pickup truck operated by Doran B. McCaffrey, 29, 106 Logging Road, York, a 1997 Kenworth single axle truck operated by Jeffrey Torno, 38, HC Box 230, East Lebanon, owned by Stuart Torno, also of East Lebanon, and a 2003 Honda sport utility vehicle operated by Ed J. Hiney, 49, 21 New Boston Road, York, were in collision at the intersection of Route 91, Birch Hill and Mill Lane. The Ford received an estimated $10,000 in damages, the Kenworth received an estimated $10,000 in damages and the Honda received an estimated $4,000 in damages.

Saturday, April 28

11:39 p.m. A 1997 Chevrolet sedan operated by James R. Hanson, 25, Grant Lane, York, received an estimated $2,500 in damages when it left Lindsay Road on the right side, overcorrected and left the road again on the opposite side and ended up in a pond.
