Sunday, April 29

6:49 p.m. A 2007 Mazda two-door operated by Kenneth D. Heavner, 65, 5014 Kester Ave., Sherman Oaks, Calif., owned by Enterprise Rent-A-Car of Boston, Londonderry, N.H., received an estimated $1,100 in damages when it drifted off Donica Drive and struck the culvert of new driveway.

Monday, April 30

4:45 p.m. A 2001 Dodge van, operated by Jennifer Schoff, 39, 23 Algonquin Drive, Cape Neddick, attempted to turn left from Route 1 south to Old Post Road and came into collision with a 2002 Chevrolet van traveling northbound on Route 1, operated by Ronald C. Warner, 45, 40 Logging Road, Cape Neddick, owned by Ameriprice Linen, North Hampton, N.H., which then came into collision with a 1999 Volkswagen station wagon operated by Jennifer Gay, 38, 30 Old East Scituate Road, York ,waiting at the lights at Old Post Road. The Dodge received an estimated $6,000 in damages; the Chevrolet received an estimated $6,500 in damages, and the Volkswagen received an estimated $2,000 in damages.

Tuesday, May 1

6:12 p.m. Bryant R. Ames, 49, 56 Plaisted Road, York, was charged with operating after habitual offender revocation and was put on probation hold on Route 1. He is scheduled to appear in York Superior Court May 23.

Wednesday, May 2

5:47 p.m. Jessica A. Hyland, 35, 95 Thurrell Road, South Berwick, was charged with operating or allowing operation when registration suspended, and Carlene Kay, 59, also of 95 Thurrell Road, South Berwick, was charged with permitting unlawful use. They are both scheduled to appear in York District Court July 5.

6:25 p.m. Edward's Harborside, Stageneck Road, reported a theft by unauthorized taking after bookkeeper reported $250 in cash missing from the cash drawer. The theft occurred sometime between April 30 and the time it was reported.

Thursday, May 3

12:42 a.m. Christopher B. Samson, 28, 17 Beaver Brook Lane, Salem, N.H., was charged with operating without being licensed on the Spur Road. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court July 5.

7:04 a.m. William B. Woods, 34, 67A Mountain Road, Cape Neddick, was charged with operating after habitual offender revocation on Mountain Road. He is scheduled to appear in York Superior Court May 31.

3:09 p.m. Jane B. Morse, 36, 65 Cape Neddick Road, York, was charged with allowing a dog to run at large. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court June 7.

9:37 p.m. Crystal Rynn, 19, 106 Depot Road, Eliot, was charged with sale/use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a useable amount of marijuana, and Jesse Costello, 20, 229 Knights Road, South Berwick, was charged with sale/use of drug paraphernalia. They are both scheduled to appear in York District Court June 7.

Friday, May 4

2:48 p.m. Elizabeth Piatt, 41, of Concord, N.H., formerly of York, was indicted by a grand jury with theft by unauthorized taking of checks and cash from deposits in the fall of 2005 from York Antiques Gallery, where she was an employee. She is scheduled to be arraigned in York Superior Court May 15.

11:06 p.m. Gary J. Milazzo, 25, 149 Portland St., Dover, N.H., was charged with possession of a useable amount of marijuana and sale/use of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court June 7.

Saturday, May 5

3:39 p.m. A 15-year-old York girl was charged with domestic assault on Iris Avenue. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court June 4.

6:18 p.m. Kate Manko, 25, 19 Seabreeze Drive, Moody, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court July 5.
