Developer Stephen Hallett responded to the Planning Board’s May 14 denial of subdivision approval for his proposed Ogunquit Village Estates off Berwick Road by filing a lawsuit against the town. The Freedom Rousers of Southern York County, in collaboration with the Maine Campaign to Impeach of York County, will present an educational evening on issues related to the national movement on impeachment. For Ogunquit Performing Arts, thirteen is a lucky number as the Chamber Music Festival continues for the 13th year in an expanded mode. Legislative Document 340, proposed by local legislator Rep. Dawn Hill, D-York, has become the law of the land after receiving strong support in the legislature and the governor’s endorsement. Chef/Owners Clark Frasier and Mark Gaier of Arrows Restaurant and MC Perkins Cove will appear on "The Today Show" on June 11. Among the state’s 60 newest police officers are two members of the Ogunquit Police Department.
