3 p.m. Kristin M. Plante, 23, 14 Sunnycrest Road, York, was charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Cottage Street.

10:05 a.m. Deborah A. Merritt, 42, 18 Algonquin Drive, Cape Neddick, was charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Cottage Street.
