Sunday, May 27
1:00 p.m. A 2006 Harley Davidson motorcycle operated by Debra Williams, 52, 13 Quimby Ave., Woburn, Mass., received an estimated $100 in damages when it pulled over onto the side of Shore Road and was dumped on Williams' ankle.
6:45 p.m. A 2005 two-axle tow truck operated by Dean J. Edge, 24, 14 Hansen Road, Berwick, owned by Pals Towing, Seabrook, N.H., and a 1999 Ford pickup, last operated by Cynthia L. Lepore, 42, 305 Salem St., Woburn, Mass., owned by James M. Caterino, 11 Grannysmith Lane, Woburn, Mass., were in collision on York Street when the passenger side mirror of the towing truck hit the driver's side mirror of the parked Ford. The tow truck received an estimated $100 in damages, and the Ford received an estimated $800 in damages.
10:06 p.m. Jeremy J. Rose, 19, 4 Roe Lane, Milbury, Mass., was charged with operating beyond license restriction, illegal possession of liquor by a minor and administrative operating under the influence, and a 17-year-old male from Milbury, Mass., was charged with illegal possession of liquor by a minor. Rose is scheduled to appear in York District Court Aug. 9, and the 17-year-old is scheduled to appear in York District Court June 18.
Monday, May 28
8:12 a.m. A Payneton Hill resident reported vandalism of a mailbox and trees that had been toilet-papered.
10:46 p.m. Evan Nello Carr, 19, 249 Atlantic Ave. #3, Wells, was charged with operating without being licensed, criminal operating under the influence, and trafficking in dangerous weapons (knives), and Luis Antonio Moctezuma, 18, 18118 Ravenfield Court, Houston, Texas, was charged with illegal possession of liquor by a minor on Route 1. Both are scheduled to appear in York District Court Aug. 9.
Tuesday, May 29
9:16 a.m. David E. Brossman, 53, 17 Cross Road, Kennebunk, was charged with criminal trespass on Coopers Way. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court July 5.
9:37 a.m. Several buildings in the area of Marketplace Drive and Brixham Court reported break-ins and cash and receipts missing. Esse Hair Salon reported $130 in cash and credit receipts, Healing Hands in Harmony reported $120 to $200 in cash as well as several unused gift certificates. Performance Plumbing reported $20 missing from a snack box.
11:38 a.m. A person reported that sneakers valued at $35 and a Blackberry valued at $299 were taken from Long Sands Beach after he put the cell phone in the sneakers and went for a walk down the beach.
6:30 p.m. Evan A. Connors, 41, P.O. Box 818, Bethel, was charged with operating with a suspended registration on Route 91. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Aug. 9.

7:55 a.m. Gail Morse, 49, 24 Sentry Hill Road, York, was charged with failure to remove and properly dispose of dog feces at Long Sands Beach.
12:57 p.m. William Eaton, 42, 68 Elm St., Salisbury, Mass., was charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and having an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on Route 1. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Aug. 9.
Thursday, May 31
12:57 a.m. Kerry T. Ryan, 25, 31 Harvest Lane, York, was charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, having an open container and not being secured in a seatbelt on Route 1. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court Aug. 9.
9:20 a.m. The York Public Library reported that 24 DVDs valued at $20 each and worth a total of $480 had been taken from their cases.
1:04 p.m. Claire White, 69, 5 Brave Boat Harbor Road, Kittery, was charged with theft by unauthorized taking for taking a peach worth 69 cents and criminal trespass because she had been under a one-year no trespass order for a previous offense.
5:42 p.m. A 2005 Hyosung motorcycle operated by Stanford T. Jarvis, 60, 57 Greenleaf Parsons Road, Cape Neddick, received an estimated $4,000 in damages when it hit a soft shoulder, left North Village Road and struck a large rock and trees. Jarvis jumped off the bike as it ran off the road.
5:45 p.m. A 2007 Acura sport utility vehicle operated by Volker Laesche, 35, 2360 Lost Tree Way, Bloomfield, Mich., owned by VW Credit, Auburn Hills, Mich., was in collision with a 2002 Lexus sport utility vehicle operated by Kathleen Maloney, 29, 392 Norfolk St., Cambridge, Mass., on Route 1. The Acura received an estimated $500 in damages and the Lexus received no reported damages.
11:20 p.m. Michael Sinclair, 19, 27 Bears Den Road, Wells, was charged with possessing a useable amount of marijuana on Spur Road. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Aug. 9.
Friday, June 1
2:13 p.m. A 2004 Jeep sport utility vehicle operated by Kristi L. Campion, 60, 182 Summer St., Andover, Mass., and a 2006 Honda sedan operated by Deborah F. Link, 52, 693 West Street, Keene, N.H., were in collision on Route 1. The Jeep received an estimated $500 in damages, and the Honda received an estimated $6,500 in damages.
9:31 p.m. A Freeman Street resident reported that a key on her kitchen counter had been stolen.
10:36 p.m. A Raydon Road Extension resident reported that his house and chimney had been egged.
10:51 p.m. Jamie R. McPhee, 30, 123 Long Beach Ave., York, was charged with operating/allowing when registration suspended on Morningside Drive. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Sept. 6.
11:56 p.m. Kyle D. Vokey, 109 Beech Ridge Road, 20, was charged with illegal possession of liquor by a minor and disorderly conduct on Raydon Road Extension. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Aug. 9.
Saturday, June 2
12:18 a.m. Patricia L. Maciejko, 48, 2 Surrey Lane, Peabody, Mass., was charged with sale/use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a useable amount of marijuana on Freeman Street.
10:00 a.m. A 2005 Chevrolet sedan operated by a 15-year-old York female, owned by Carole McIntire, 13 McIntire Road, York, and a 2006 Chevrolet sport utility vehicle operated by Elizabeth J. Caramihalis, 37, 450 Cider Hill Road, York, were in collision in the Bagel Basket parking lot on York Street. The sedan received an estimated $2,000 in damages, and the sport utility vehicle received an estimated $300 in damages.
10:07 a.m. Family Tree Antiques on Route 1 reported $150 to $170 in cash, a two-inch gold knife valued at $20 and a turquoise ring valued at $20 missing and that a screen from a window near the top of the building had been cut out.
5:02 p.m. Two men were charged with multiple counts and taken to York County Jail after a silver Mitsubishi Eclipse sped around the Beach Ball Park on Church Street, sideswiping another vehicle, and continued speeding over to Long Beach Avenue, almost hitting a pedestrian. Robert C. Lucas, 25, 32 Stilphen's Way, Arundel, was charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, driving to endanger, disorderly conduct, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Edmond R. Wormwood, 18, P.O. Box 253, Saco, was charged with violation of condition of release and disorderly conduct. Both are scheduled to appear in York District Court Sept. 6.
7:50 p.m. Frances A. Grady, 42, 25 Bell St., Nashua, N.H., was charged with assault, and Maureen K. Clancy, 52, 23 Beach St., York, was charged with assault after getting into a fight at a family reunion on Beach Street.
9 p.m. Eli S. Curley, 26, 40 Main St., York, was charged with operating beyond license restriction or condition on Railroad Avenue. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Sept. 6.
Sunday, June 3
10:16 p.m. Michael J. Robichaud, 49, 18 Pheasant Ridge Road, Townsend, Mass., was charged with criminal operating under the influence, having an open container in a vehicle and refusal to sign traffic summons on Route 1. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Sept. 6.
