York lacrosse falls to Cape Elizabeth
The York High School boys' lacrosse team finished its season with a playoff game against Cape Elizabeth last week.

YORK - The York High School boys' lacrosse lost to Cape Elizabeth in the first round of the playoffs, 13 to 5.
The Wildcats showed a marked improvement since they lost to Cape 14 to 1 during the regular season.
They played hard and made a great Cape team work for all their goals. The Wildcats also took no penalties the entire game.
Scoring for the Wildcats were Tony Romano with two goals; Cam Dillon, Alex Quinn and Corey Borgel with one goal each, and Dan Powers with one assist.
"They played a real solid team game," said Coach Phil Crystal. "I, as their coach, was extremely proud of them."
