BARN GALLERY MID-SEASON EXHIBITIONS BEGIN JUNE 27. Ogunquit’s Barn Gallery will offer its Mid-Season Exhibitions beginning Wednesday, June 27, and continuing through Saturday, July 29. “Regional Artists,” the Barn Gallery’s 11th annual open show, will be selected by juror Anne Zill, Director of University of New England’s Gallery of Art from work by area artists. “OAA Expressions,” an exciting and varied exhibition by artists of the Ogunquit Art Association will be shown in the newly renovated Lower Gallery. Two painters, Pat Andreotti and Gail E. Sauter, will exhibit their paintings of Maine, Italy and other wonderful places in the North Gallery. Invited New England Sculptors will continue to show their work in the outdoor Sculpture Court. A must see: Stonecrop Gallery features fine art photography in a unique space

On the rocky ledge jutting up on the Atlantic Ocean side of Shore Road just at the Cape Neddick and Ogunquit line, small, yellow flowers called stonecrop blossomed in the dry soil in crags that cut into the cliff face.
