Reading of new Kimball play coming to the library
YORK - Don't miss the latest play by acclaimed local author and playwright Michael Kimball when "The Secret of Comedy" debuts in a Reader's Theatre production at the York Public Library on June 29.
Following the performance, audience members will be invited to stay for a talk-back session with the writer, director, and cast. The full production of the show will open the 2007-2008 season at The Players' Ring in nearby Portsmouth, N.H., with a three-weekend run, Sept. 7 to 23.
